Built to the HIGHEST STANDARDS in one of the worlds best shipyards this beautiful 40 foot yacht is SIMPLY SUPERB.
A survey completed in 2006 by respected surveyour Stephen Earp quotes " Vessels of this standard are rare and a credit to the builder".
The current owner has continued the maintenance efforts of previous owners with the boat presented in ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT CONDITION.
On deck the timber work is in supurb condition with the 2 hinged feature timber centre deck mounted hatches providing superb below deck ventillation as do the 6 hinged opening brass portholes.
The interior is a great example of the MASTER SHIPWRIGHTS HIGH STANDARDS, it features great use of the large volume space below with cleverly crafted separate zones.
Step down to port and starboard quarter berths, then the dedicated dining area that seats 6 comfortably to port, beautiful functional galley to starboard then still moving for'ard step down to the library/ living area, featuring 2 settees providing great relaxing space to watch TV or read a book.
The attention to detail with the timber cabinetry needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.
For'ard again to double vee berth, separate bathroom with toilet, vanity and searate shower
A 54 HP current generation Yanmar diesel was fitted in 2008 and provides more than sufficient horsepower plus the boats heritage means she is a great sailing yacht with performabce that belies her more cruising type appearnace.
This all combines to provide a wonderful package, a beautifully built and fitted vessel, excellent accomodation plus great performance under power or sail.
Certainly capable of serious offshore cruising, words are not enough to describe this magnificent yacht, so please arranage to view her.
