A sturdy classic blue water cruising ketch with a beautiful and functional design. Built in Wales with spruce spars, English Oak ribs, planked in very durable African Iroko and sheathed below waterline. Emily Jane was launched in 1979. She made several trans Atlantic crossings (some single handed) to the West Indies before calling Australia home from the late 80's. Since 1994 Emily Jane has been cruising the D'Entrecasteaux channel and is based at Kettering. Comfortable forward double berth with several additional sleeping options. Fully equipped and more than ready to keep cruising for many years.
