Noelex 30s are a fast, comfortable Farr design giving space, comfort and speed to challenge much larger yachts. Setup for easy 2 handed sailing. Calypso can nevertheless comfortably sleep five adults. The 75l stainless steel diesel tank is mounted midships as is the 120l water tank adding to her sailing performance. The bulb keel draws 1.98m but can at the push of a button be raised to 0.55m. Calypso had fixed rigging replaced in 2017, had the rubber trim replaced in 2015 and was professionally painted in 2011. Calypso is powered by a Yanmar 2GM20 diesel through a shaft drive to a Flex-o-fold two bladed propeller. A custom made steel cradle, for transporting the Noelex, by truck, can be included for no extra cost.

A Noelex 30 is perfect for East Coast cruising. It can handle the conditions, is fast and yet can be anchored in 1m. The Farr design has stood the test of time and there are few boats available with the Noelex 30 price, performance and features. Calypso is for sale.
