Owned and maintained for the last 3 years by and engineer and sailed more than 5,000 ocean miles to date by her current owners.

USA Factory built and fully equipped ocean going passage maker (imported and Australian Registered 2016). Hull is constructed of 12 layers of hand laid fiberglass with an average thickness of 25mm + internal insulation.

Frozzie is a full keel sloop with a cut away forefoot, attached rudder and traditional transom. She has an attractive sweeping sheer line and a striking teak interior. The Nor'West 33 was a limited production yacht and the quality of materials used and skill of shipwrights who built her is evident in her every part. A smart and efficient cockpit layout makes for an easily single handed boat, or room to comfortably seat passengers or crew. A very solidly built boat with clean lines, no wasted space, and an intelligent layout both above and below decks makes her a joy to live in and to sail.

Just coming off a round trip between the Pacific Island and New Zealand including a trans-Tasman by her current owners and previously a trans-Pacific passage, she is fully outfitted and proven to cruise anywhere her new owners wish to take her.

Frozzie is a stout, well built and consistently maintained vessel with a history of use and skilled upkeep. In the past years she has received a new mainsail and genoa, a new dodger, bimini and connecting panel, new standing rigging and running rigging, new batteries and primary wiring, full conversion to 240v, solar and wind generation, deck hardware has been recently rebedded, mast inspected, and rewired, navigation and interior lighting upgraded to LED, among many other upgrades. Prior to these owners, Frozzie saw much additional maintenance and upkeep. Upholstery was new in 2010. A new engine, fuel tank, cabin sole, cabin overhead, and teak grating for cockpit were installed and published in "Good Old Boat" magazine.

Having just returned from long distance bluewater cruising, Frozzie, is well equipped with an abundance of the latest gear and spare parts and having just been slipped and antifouled there is absolutely nothing to do.

In short, Frozzie's hull and interior enjoy the benefits of the sturdier, stronger fibgerglass and teak age, while having been maintained consistently to make her a spectacular bluewater - capable vessel today. She's the perfect vessel for someone looking to get on the water now.
