40ft sailing vessel. Launched in 1982. Great family boat, couple or single person looking for an adventure. Sleeps 6 people. V Berth and Aft cabin. Two couches in saloon that can be converted to beds.
A few upgrades as follows:
New Kumma hot water system. Gas two burner stove and oven with grill, Force 10 brand. All rigging replaced last year. Main sail new in 2018, hardly used. Brand new Raymarine Axiom Pro 9 Navionics and a Raymarine Dopla Two Radar, AIS, two Transducers. DC/DC charger.
Cushions in cockpit replaced last year. Two Head sails, one Storm Jib, second Genoa. All safety equipment included. Barefoot Tender 7 years old in excellent condition with sun covers and oars. Comes with a brand new Mercury 6hp motor. Faily new side clears and side covers for weather protection. Sail cover and covers for bbg which is located on the back of the boat. Large speaker with cover on the deck, wheel cover. Ducted airconditioner in three cabins.
Original engine, regular service and maintenance, new engine mounts. New hoses.
Two water tanks, approximately 120 ltrs. Fuel tank approximatley 120 ltrs.
Duck board and ladder off the back of the boat for easy access. Also handy to BBQ.
Was timber deck, but has been removed. Work in progress. Some sanding then another coat of paint. Most of the work has been done.
