Hatches need some attention, but are currently serviceable
Gas needs to be checked by somone who knows about these things to cirtify
blige at rear needs clean out, but oil seems to have corrosion at bay
Whoever considering this vessel should be keen to use their hands
and most likely able to weld or learn to weld as I believe any steel yacht owner should be able to

Will help and am keen to sail relocate if possible in time frame
Due to work comitments, finding time can be a challenge, indeed this is the reason for selling

Very shapely vessel. Built by craftsmen,

topside repaint, antifoul, deck tidied up
Deck still needs some minor tidy and paint, ready to sail however

some rust in tuck of hull has been removed by cutting out plate and new plates formed and welded flush
this corosion was caused by water pooling beneath mast. From ill fitted weather boot
and beneath a horid mast step structure that prevented proper maintenance that has now been cut out and rationalised

Mast has been sealed now with a water tight painted canvas boot, the previous boot, (sewn vinyl, ) was never measured correctly so never fitted and consequently leaked

, topsides painted, antifoul, deck rust chipped, treated and painted, small holes epoxy and glass probably about 15 places and size of upto 5 cent piece, larger holes like at a dorade box has been sealed, caulked and fastened over with colabond flat and as has been done with 1.6mm galv sheet to cockpit seat where holes a little more extensive. Probably from wet carpet and some neglect

Hatch in unusual position, above navigation station on port side near companionway may leak, head lining here has some water damage and needs attention by replacing about 1/2 a square m. , I plan to remove hatch and return to original configuration, hatch has been temporarily caulked and sealed

I believe that vessel is now ready for navigation.

The man I bought yacht from paid $35K 7 years ago
I will probably be handing vessel over to broker shortly as hard to coordinate time for showing vessel to interested parties
