Original Ray Kemp designed and built Huon Pine yacht. The artistry that went into this yacht includes the classic Ray Kemp hull shape with portholes and skylights. The boat features copper, brass, bronze and stainless steel appointments. Besides the Huon Pine hull, the entry to the wheelhouse cabin is composed of 3 different woods and metals. Though the original Baby Blake toilet has been replaced, it is still available and can be repaired. We are the second owners and have owned the yacht since 2011. We have enjoyed sailing and cruising aboard the Tilikum with family and friends. Sail to conserve fuel or take down the sails and motor when the winds get too low or too high. Pilot from indoor cabin, or in stern cockpit with direct action on tiller and throttle. We have overnighted on the boat using both the plow anchor operated from an electrical anchor winch, or stock admiralty pattern anchor depending on the bottom. An overall versatile yacht for touring, fishing, sailing or simply cruising.
