This is a big volume Roberts Mauritius 44 cruising yacht that current owner has priced to sell. He purchased recently but his cruising plans have changed dramaticly due to work commitments and the boat is now back on the market. She has had a full engine overhaul and rig has been done 2010 and seen little use. Also, there has been a new Muir Anchor Winch fitted to replace previous winch (07-2016 approx). There are many of these yachts cruising the worlds oceans and they have a reputation of being a good sea kindly vessel. Plenty of accommodation space above and below decks for live-aboard family or a couple and with her great headroom, big berths the large saloon area. Decks have recently been repainted. Some remedial work needed on the internal lining in places due to the materials used. Recent replacment of majority of fixed ports.

Accommodation
As soon as you step below decks you get a feel for the internal volume of this yacht. Traditional berth forward with double to port and single over storage to starboard. Saloon has L shaped seating around a timber table to port and another long settee to starboard. Quality timber paneling throughout the boat give her a lovely warm feel. Generous use of white paneling assists with her overall roomy feel. Some of this paneling will need to be replaced in sections as the lining is coming away from the backing ply. Galley is to port behind the companionway and access to the rear owners stateroom is past the nav station through a walk through tunnel to starboard past another single berth. Aft cabin is large and there is great headroom through out the boat.

Remarks
The yacht has seen a lot of costly improvements over the previous owners stewardship. Times have changed for current (only purchased late March 2017) owner and the boat is being offered for sale again. Important things like mechanics have been attended to in a professional manner and once a new owner puts his or her stamp on the boat she will make a very affordable big volume liveaboard cruising yacht.
