Roberts Spray 40' steel cruising ketch with Perkins 6 cylinder 105hp diesel (runs well). Hull is 6mm plate with 3mm decks. Yacht has been going through a full refit and the owner has run out of steam so it is time to sell. The yacht was fully sailing around and then taken out of the water for a refit 12 years ago. All the big work has been done and now only requires finishing off. The interior is roomy with 6'3" headroom. There is a bow cabin, fully enclosed Head (requires fitting), Galley saloon and large aft cabin. The central wheelhouse is ideal for short handed sailing in safety. Requires external hull painting along with the decks and cabin. Hull is antifouled. Engine instruments need rewire, Plumbing needs finishing off and all port holes and vents fitted.
