Salthouse 48 Needs about 10k deck work

Great volume liveaboard. Needs a new deck about 10k cost and ready to see the world with the registration of its Australian ships ready for you. Built-in New Zealand is as solid as they come from that part of the world's oceans. She was built in 1978 and seen the rest of the world. Her 4.6m beam fits a lot in her. Her 50 hp engine is plenty of power for coastal trips into trade winds if your thinking of hanging around the east coast. Well worth the look and Ralph the seller thinks of her as a project boat because of the deck needing replacement and some water damage on veneers on the port side in the saloon, but to me, she would be a great boat and Id spend the 10k on the deck and wow a great liveaboard at a cheap price.
