This beautifully constructed and well equipt yacht has just come on the market after 20 years ownership by the current owner. No expense spared, she is ready to take you anywhere. The owner is upgrading to a larger cruising yacht and will consider a trade and or swap. Here is a list of upgrades and renewals over the past 18 months.
Yanmar 2gm20 maintained religiously for the last 20 years. In November 2018 the engine and gearbox was pulled out for new linkages, new engine mount studs, new genuine Yanmar engine mounts and a new coupling. The engine was balanced and aligned to precision. All thru-hull seacocks replaced with new brass fittings; new electric toilet replacement; anodes (shaft and engine); two new magnesium 12v batteries - house and cranking and solar panel with new regulator.

The yacht has been professionally rewired with new navigation lights replaced in the hull and masthead, including deck lights.
a new bilge pump and float switch along with a new warp drive Tri-Radial Mainsail and new 135 Tri-Radial furling genoa. New Lazy Jacks and Lazy Bag; added at the same time.
New VHF radio and masthead Ariel, new stereo; new Ronstan awning, ; New lifelines and spreader boots replaced.

Installed in 2010 a new All-Yacht spars double spreader mast was designed by their naval architect with the request to over spec the rig to go offshore. Along with the installation was a Selden single line reefing boom. She has a hydraulic backstay and inner forestay.
Whenever she has come out of the water, the antifoul is sanded back and undercoat applied before antifouling with SeaHawk hard antifoul. Over the last 20 years any small blisters of osmosis have been removed. She has Zero osmosis

This S&S has never been raced however is an excellent contender in twilight's and ocean racing, has been off shore and is extremely safe and stable in foul weather - She has depth speed and wind instrumentation. A chartplotter and new Simrad WP30 Autopilot that has never been installed and can be negotiated in the purchase.

You will be hard pressed to find a better example of an S&S 30 anywhere.
