Remarks Frantic was specifically designed by Jim Donovan for its original owner as an offshore boat within the TP52 box rule. The boat performs well offshore and has demonstrated this with its third place in the Transpac race from Los Angeles to Honolulu and its similar placings in the San Fernando and Rolex china sees races.
The boat is set up for offshore racing with a galley, water maker, refrigerator and enclosed head. There is ample storage space. There is a separate purpose-built navigation area; the envy of many other TP's the eight bunks are commodious and can be shifted for maximum weight advantage.
