Spirit was launched in 1983 and is one of the nicest Traditional 30's that we have seen.

Exclusively for sale with DBY Boat Sales, she comes with a well-maintained Volvo 20 hp motor and saildrive with only 750 hours on the meter.

The cockpit on a Traditional 30 is large and this one feels even bigger due to her tiller steering. She also has beautiful cockpit cushions, and a gas barbecue and has enjoyed a peaceful life as a floating weekender for a young family.

There is even a large bimini over the cockpit which also holds two of her three solar panels, and a boom tent.

She has the masthead rig, and is equipped with a furling genoa, main, and spinnaker.

Down below she can sleep 5 and the settee is amongst the biggest you will get on a 30 footer. The galley is U shaped and very functional with a gas cooktop and oven, and 12-volt Danfoss fridge. There is a TV, a stereo and CD player, and a VHF radio.

A deep swim ladder on the transom makes for easy water access.

If you've been looking for a Traditional 30, it will be hard to find better than this one.

There is a full list of work undertaken by her fastidious owner available on request but it is long and includes new aluminium water tanks, fresh water filter and pump, all new cabin upholstery, new automatic bilge pump, new anchor chain, new electric, new television...
