This vessel is a 28 foot yacht professionally designed by E. G Van De Stadt and built in 1983. Perfect for leisure, cruising and twilight racing, this yacht has been cared for and maintained by current and her 2 previous owners. Purchased as our first sailing boat, she is easy to sail, great for cruising but also competitive in twilights, has lots of head room below deck and is comfortable to sleep aboard. Inside the cabin you have lounge seating, navigation table, galley, electric toilet and a forward double v-berth. She is in excellent condition for her age and is a beautiful boat inside and out.

The hull has been cleaned and antifoueld with a motor service every 12months, the last one being in November 2018. She has a mainsail on a lazy jack system, #1 and #2 Genoa, spinnaker and a boom tent. She is powered by a 2010 Yamaha 9.9 outboard which sits in the well of the cockpit. There is 2 auto and 1 manual bilge pumps, depth sounder, VHF radio, sound system, compass and electric toilet. Safety equipment includes; life ring, 4 life jackets, epirb, flares and fire-extinguishers.

We have upgraded to a larger yacht and need to sell. Spice is ready to sail away and enjoy. All reasonable offers will be considered.
