IT IS A MICROCAT POWERED CATAMARAN/PONTOON (The modern AMSA National Survey was done in 2022 so buyers from any State should look hard at this vessel, which is not due for its 10 year renewal survey until 2031. It's next out of water survey not due until July 2026 it's that new still).

ABOUT THIS VESSEL: This vessel is truly diverse and was custom designed by the current owner in conjunction with Micro Cat Boat builders to specifically enable operational use in multiple commercial charter functions/operations that can vary from a Party/BBQ Boat/Family Leisure Cruise Boat to hardcore fishing and everything in between (including the ability to front load passengers for easy access when barging direct to sand or a jetty). The logistical vessel layout can be rearranged to suit passenger/operational needs also (seats can be moved, the table can be installed/removed, the shade can be left in or pulled out etc). It's super easy to operate, and is a very passenger friendly boat for all persons young, mature age and also those with disability as access can be via the front gated area that is wheelchair friendly (it's often had pets onboard too, who can easily access the vessel via the front gate). There's a toilet onboard with an enclosed area for privacy, which has been great for passenger use during tours.

EXTRAS INCLUDED WITH VESSEL: Custom Trailer with current rego in NSW, Lilly Pads floating island mat, installed fold out annex, High end Fusion Stereo with Fusion Amps and sub-woofer, Twin screen Garmin sounder with Garmin Live scope, Live bait tank. There is a fishing rod/drink holder in arms reach installed in multiple locations on the boat. There is a full suite of safety gear including PDF 150 inflatable life jackets & 2 tubs of none inflatable in all sizes from baby to extra-large adult, 80l Fresh water tank with a sink, 12v flushable toilet, Marine extra-large bean bags, Large esky suitable to service a liquor licence, Large detachable table that was custom-made, and a range of small spare parts (switches, impeller, hoses, lines, etc). All Marine Engineering Survey Paperwork/data, and the current Certificate of Survey/Certificate of Operation will be provided to the buyer, ready for an easy transfer process with AMSA. *Responsibility of the buyer.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
- As this vessel has been operating as a Lake Fishing Charter, if the buyer is from NSW and wishes to purchase it's NSW Charter Fishing (Estuary) Licence that includes a 16 seat licensed capacity, then this would be sold for $30,000 extra *This Licence is required in each state if intending to operate the vessel as a Commercial Fishing Charter Boat, and the one currently held is for NSW Estuary only (suitable for NSW buyers only).
- As this vessel was operating as a Liquor Licensed Vessel with alcohol being responsibly sold onboard, the NSW Liquor Licence and supporting information can be provided to the buyer (if desired) for their transfer arrangements at a small extra cost of $200 (*as each state has different Liquor Licence requirements, the buyer must submit their own Liquor licence application after becoming a Liquor Licensee so the paperwork used to do so can be provided to assist in this process).
- As this vessel was operating as a Commercial Charter Hire Vessel, AMSA requires a Safety Management Plan (that was audited by AMSA in 2023 without any issues), so the entire Safety Management Plan (as is) can be sold to the buyer separately (to save starting from scratch) for ease for the new buyer to do the necessary small modification to its new intended operations. This Safety Management System includes Hire Waivers (legally reviewed), safety briefs, and all related operating procedures/systems. This is available for an extra $1,000
- The brand "KRAKEN BOAT HIRE" and the "KRAKEN" LOGO/IMAGE is trademarked by the current owner as is not included in the sale of this vessel, however, the vessel name 'KRAKEN ASSULT' is fine to keep as is (once the KRAKEN octopus image and any reference to 'KRAKEN BOAT HIRE' is removed). If the buyer is interested in buying the Trademarked "KRAKEN BOAT HIRE" brand name and the "KRAKEN" octopus LOGO/IMAGE, this can be discussed and negotiated separately.
