Simply a must see boat with an excellent layout and versatility. The twin hulls and very recent Mercury outboards, still under warranty, allow for frugal operation and ease of manoeuvrability. Access is made easy due to the low bathing platform with a few steps up to access the main deck and cockpit. The platform also has access to the garage and very spacious storage area below via an electric garage door. Plenty of room for boards, a tender plus lots more.

This is a multi role boat. Weekends away or days out with family and friends or can serve as a very comfortable live aboard that can sleep 6 in comfort or 8 if the lounge was swapped to a sofa bed.

Up on the main deck the cockpit is enclosed with zipped clears that can be removed or rolled up. A Concertina style lockable sliding door gives access to the spacious, bright and airy interior and creates an open style living area between the cockpit and the salon.
The main deck consists of the living area, with a lounge, day head and stair access to the upper deck / flybridge as well as an excellent galley [ kitchen ] with plenty of storage, domestic size fridge freezer, large stainless sink and drainer and microwave. Down a few steps from the salon is the lower helm, main bedroom with a queen size bed that tilts up on struts for storage. The spacious main bathroom is just opposite with a separate shower and toilet.. Plenty of natural light form the large windows all around.
From the lower helm there is a central door allowing safe access to the outside forward deck.

On either side of the lower main bed deck there is access to the two forward double beds cabins. Just aft of the bed is a good size storage room with a washing machine.
Upstairs is a comprehensive helm with commanding views with a recent Raymarine GPS Plotter, Radar and sounder with touch screen. The latest Mercucry gauges give digital engine data with various modes. There is also an Icom VHF and stereo. The hard top on the flybridge gives great protection from the elements with a comfortable helm seat and lounge arrangement. Just to the rear is a tender with a launch / recovery crane.
"Belle Of The Bay" is also equipped with 6 solar panels and a 5000W inverter for plenty of stand alone power.

Just been anti fouled, new batteries, full engine service and ready to enjoy.
