Seahorse Marine 52

A beautiful Seahorse 52 Pilot House. A very capable long range open water boat or an excellent live aboard or perhaps both.
Just had new blue hull finish, Anti foul and prop speed in May 2023.

Access is via the stern duckboard into the cockpit or side entry. Very safe with good size and high stainless rails all around. Wide walk-around sides accessed by both sides of the pilot house. Large, flat front deck for easy access to the bow, excellent for entertaining or a large sun bathing area. A few steps on the side access to the rear the top deck that stores the tender and crane with still more room for folding directors chairs and a folding table with commanding views.

Inside is very accommodating with a timeless warm timber interior throughout. The pilot house a central helm with excellent views, opening side and rear windows. All the controls are clearly laid out and fitted with a New Raymarine 12" Axiom touch screen Plotter / GPS and a Raymarine Quantum Radar. This vessel has a bow thruster for easy manoeuvrability, remote anchor control, VHF and HF radios. Behind the helm seat is a table and wrap around lounge that can also serve as a bed.
A few steps behind the pilot house is the saloon. Full beam and very spacious with a leather L shape lounge and table. The Lounge can also serve as a bed. Large sliding glass doors at the rear with plenty of natural light with all the windows all with blinds and curtains for the rear. There is a large pop up smart TV on the port side cabinetry with plenty of storage. The galley is U shaped and also has a bar area servicing the saloon. Deep double stainless sinks, twin ceramic hobs with an extractor fan, a large domestic fridge freezer, an ice maker, convection / microwave oven and grill and hidden on the starboard side a new washer drier.

Just to the right of the helm are the stairs leading down to the cabins and bathrooms. The spacious master cabin is located midships, full beam with a double bed, desk and a seat. The storage is excellent with a multitude of robes, cupboards and drawers. There is a large ensuite bathroom with an electric toilet and separate bath and shower.

Forward is a large double bed cabin with plenty of storage and close access to the second / day bathroom head again with an electric toilet and a separate shower.

Powered by two Cummins turbo Diesel engines running shaft drives offers long range reliability. Fitted with a 16 KVA generator and 4 large solar panels on the pilot house roof offers plenty of power. Also fitted with a water maker for the longer journeys. Four new house batteries fitted in 2022.

This Seahorse is 20 Tonnes, very stable and ready to go or move into.
