This is a lovely CC Cruising Ketch set up and ready to move onboard. Currently in St Lucia Eastern Caribbean. Vessel currently on the hard and getting some brightwork revarnished and topsides/bottom repainted.

Recent comprehensive Survey completed prior to my purchasing 18 months ago.
Vessel sails well with nice balance under full rig (6.5-7.5kts on a reach). Near new engine in spotless condition.
No deck or hatch leaks.
I picked this vessel for cruising to "out of the way places" because of its large centre cockpit, solid construction, plenty of storage space and room for any upgrades like a watermaker or additional battery storage etc. Nicely laid out Galley, thats not right in the middle of the saloon.
