47ft Huon Pine Ketch Cruiser/Live Aboard.

I have been living abord Lady Faye for the past 5 years on what is arguably one of the best moorings in Sydney.

Last antifoul December 2023

The boat is decked out for a comfortable liveaboard and is just 10 minutes from the city but is also a worthy coastal passages cruiser and bluewater adventurer.

There is extensive storage throughout the vessel and you can enjoy your usual Netflix/Stan etc experience via WIFI on board for a comfortable living experience.

The boat was re-built 1983-85 and the Huon Pine ribbed with Spotted Gum.

Since owning the boat I've done extensive maintenance including:

Main sail and Genoa serviced
Upgraded transmission to Borg Warner
Injectors serviced
Many news gaskets such as manifold, water pump, exhaust etc.
Several oil changes including fuel pump and all relevant filters
New engine pressure hoses
Gas water heater installed
New fresh water pump
New solar panels, batteries and charge controller
Deck/pilot house epoxy and paint as needed
Inside cabin paint all ceilings and most walls
New carpet

And much more.

I don't wish to sell the boat at all as it's my heart and soul however due to a baby on the way it's time to move ashore.
