Proudly presenting this pampered Hunter 49 as her sole agents.
This vessel has been cherished by two previous owners since new. She has NEVER been in Charter!!
Enter the air-conditioned salon through the cockpit companionway double doors and down the easy grade steps with stainless handrails. The salon is huge and has a large settee to starboard with a couch to Port, and the nav station is aft of this couch and all seating is covered with ultra-leather. Note the beautiful Mahogany table. The interior wood is cherry. 6'9" headroom throughout the lower deck. The galley is starboard and aft of the salon settee. There are two staterooms aft with queen beds. One on the starboard side is aft of the galley. The other to port has an entrance to the port head and separate shower. There is also a door from this head to the salon to be used as a day head. Forward of the salon is the Master stateroom with island queen size inner sprung mattress. This is a generous space with its own private ensuite, and cedar lined lockers. The original commission for this yacht was to tick every option including extra deep keel and taller spec mast. She was ordered by an experienced yachtsman that sailed her from the USA. She is a proven offshore vessel that will be able to be bought up to Cat 1 requirements if so desired. A luxurious cruiser for extended cruising and liveaboard.
Note: Her 21m Gulf Harbour marina berth is available separately.
