S/V SHANTI is now available for viewing, having sailed the Queensland coast for the past two years exploring secluded islands and reefs.

Meticulously cared for, Shanti is perfect for day or weekend sailing in the bay or as a cruising liveaboard yacht for a single-hander or couple.

All big-ticket components are in superb condition - a recent rigging report, conducted less than 12 months ago, attests to the excellent state of the standing rigging, headsail and main sail are in great condition shielded by UV strip and a boom bag and the 3GM30 Yanmar engine (rebuilt 2019) was serviced within the last 12 months and operates flawlessly.

Shanti's interior is roomy and comfortable, featuring two double berths and two single berths for flexible sleeping arrangements. The V berth is equipped with a USB phone charger. The mid-ship settee can be converted to a double berth to provide ample sleeping options. Modern conveniences such as an electric hot water system, hand-held shower and electric toilet enhance the on-board living experience. Shanti also has all the practical amenities such as a fridge, gas stove, oven, and Caframo fans in the V berth and saloon.

Shanti's exterior reflects her well-maintained condition, having undergone necessary maintenance, including hull soda blasting in 2016, topside respray in 2020, and hull water blasting, sanding, and antifouling in 2023.

Explore the seas confidently with Shanti's navigation and communication systems. The two-way AIS transceiver, VHF radio and B&G chart plotter in the cockpit (new in 2022) keep you connected while sailing in all locations. Shanti is also well-equipped with self-sufficiency features such as solar panels, wind generator and new house batteries to ensure reliable power. The Simrad 32 tiller-pilot autopilot adds an extra layer of dependability.

Included in the sale is the Big Duck 2.9m tender, outfitted with wheels for easy transport ashore, and a reliable 9.8HP Tohatsu outboard. Storing the tender for passage is simple with the davits and a stern cantilever motor mount.

Shanti, Australian registered and set for new adventures, is well-suited for those seeking a comfortable cruising experience. Whether you're a couple or a solo adventurer, Shanti's practical features, such as the remote controlled anchor winch and rigging that runs to the cockpit, make her an excellent companion for your next nautical journey.

Shanti is much loved and is reluctantly up for sale as, due to personal circumstances, we are not able to take her out sailing as often as such a beautiful yacht deserves to be sailed. Please call to arrange an inspection.
