In keeping with our reputation at CNB, the Bordeaux 60 is designed to swallow up the miles with ease. Featuring the ideal weight distribution for secure performance in heavy seas, extremely well-equipped yet clear deck layout, exceptional autonomy (1000L of water and 930L of fuel, Volvo D4 180 hp engine, water maker with capacity of 280L/h, etc. ): the Bordeaux 60 has everything you need for a long cruise, whether sailing as a couple or with a crew.
Thanks to its simple, efficient and safe deck layout, the Bordeaux 60 is also highly appreciated as it is so simple to manoeuvre even with a small crew. The Bordeaux 60 is reassuring because it is extremely easy to manoeuvre, responsive at the helm and remains impressively stable however heavy the sea swell.
The spacious saloon and galley, bathed in light, is worthy of a superyacht.
CNB and Philippe Briand have done everything to ensure that the Bordeaux 60 has the same sea-faring qualities whatever the rig configuration chosen by the owner: Full Batten rigging and a Hall Spars V boom, an extended carbon mast, in-mast furling and a vertical batten mainsail, a furling boom, genoa or staysail on a self-tacking track, and a spinnaker or gennaker... The choice of options means that everyone will find the ideal solution for their specific sailing plans.
Centred around the saloon and the galley, the Bordeaux 60 is available with a choice of layouts that can be tailored to the owner's individual sailing plans.
There is room in the extremely spacious forepeak for a crew cabin, workshop, or even an extra children's cabin.
Since everyone has their own idea, CNB, together with a dedicated team, can customise the layout to the customer's specifications.
Round the saloon and the galley, the Bordeaux 60 is offered with several sorts of layouts, woods and materials, allowing each owner to enjoy an interior to his exact taste.
Moabi, Alpi oakwood, white-leaded limed teak, wenge, these various available wood finishes, matching the upholstery you will have selected, will give your interior the atmosphere you have chosen: warm colours for a cosy and warm atmosphere, or refined, pure materials with strong colours for a more contemporary interior.
Making your choice between the many possible combinations will probably be the most difficult thing, even with the help of our Project Team.
Several layouts are possible, from 3 to 5 cabins: the forward or aft owner's cabin, with a central or lateral bed, skipper's cabin, workshop cabin, etc
