The "Custom Line" project of Cantiere del Pardo was designed and promoted to give a sense of continuity to the Grand Soleil owners, and not only, which are looking for bigger boats than the ones currently produced by the yard, which are more suitable for both long sailing and competing in international racing circuits for maxi and mini maxi.

The first two models produced are the GS 68 and the GS 80 in two version, Flush Deck and Raised Saloon. This project also marks the entrance of Cantiere del Pardo into a new market of maxi yachts, so far limited to great international shipbuilders.

In both projects the involvement of the owners with the design and naval architecture teams are almost entirely, starting from the first stages of the project definition and type of yacht that will be built, than passing to the discussion on the type of rigging and deck equipment and finally to the choice of the various details that will be part of the interiors and the furnishing accessories. Meetings with the owner and his representatives will be made throughout the entire production cycle of the boat.

The new structure in Fano guarantees the production of three/four boats between 68 'and 80' foot. A dedicated project manager who will act as coordinator and referent between the customer and the yard will follow each project.

The "Custom Line" besides the production yard in Fano will be supported by the marketing, commercial and management teams from the headquarters of Cantiere del Pardo in Forlì, which with over forty years of experience and more than four thousand boats constructed, will pass to this new brand all the know-how so far acquired and which has allowed it to be one of the most important yards in Italy.

Ceccarelli Yacht Design used the same hull of the Grand Soleil 80 FD for the new Grand Soleil 80 Raised Saloon but with a different deck lay out and a completely new design concept for the interiors.

The briefs received by the buyer leaded the designer to develop a fast performance yacht with comfortable living space inside to accommodate his family and guests for long blue water cruising. Functionality and safety have been two of the most important aspects of the project.

The interior includes a dedicated crew area with independence entrance located at the stern of the boat with one crew cabin (two beds) and one skipper cabin with shared head and shower.

The galley is minimal in its design but complete with all the appliances needed to prepare delicious meals. In the galley area, a crew mess is fitted on centerline.

The main saloon is located amidships with a living area on starboard side with a C - shape sofa and a table for eight people on port side. Two guest cabins forward of the saloon with double beds and head with separated shower.

The master cabin in front of the boat has a king size berth off-center from the centerline and stowage spaces with wardrobe, cabinets and drawers surrounding the entire cabin.

On deck, all the details have been thought for easy sailing and relaxing areas. The guest cockpit next to the companionway entrance includes a cockpit table with seats all around.
