Two-foot itis is normally a reference for moving up in size from a smaller boat to a larger one. It is the longing for a little bigger boat, a few more amenities, a little more room or just a little more performance.
In the case of Stingrays new 215LR, the term could not be more relevant but, the funny thing is. The 215LR is actually a two-foot step down from its mother ship, the 235LR. A step down that surprisingly, does not sacrifice features or compromise performance. And, since the two-foot difference is strategically eliminated from various non-critical design points throughout the boat, not just from one area, there is little sacrifice to usable space.
