Designed to fit inside standard 40' containers this house boat can be easily shipped anywhere in the world at very reasonable costs. The house boat has a living area of ??about 26 square meters divided into four rooms: double bedroom, toilet with shower, a well equipped kitchen (two burners, sink and fridge) and a living room. Both bedroom and living room have a glass wall that can be opened towards a veranda overlooking the water. A comfortable staircase leads to. A large panoramic sundeck capable of accommodating up to 8 people. The house is strongly insulated and air conditioned with a heat pump.
