THE PURPOSE/S OF USE AND ENTRY MAY ONLY BE UNDERTAKEN IN THE ZONE/S DESCRIBED BELOW

ZONE/S TO WHICH THE PERMISSION APPLIES:
? All zones within the Cairns/Cooktown Management Areas and Townsville/Whitsunday Management Areas EXCEPT Preservation Zones, Special Management Areas in accordance with the Conditions of Permission and those locations during the periods listed as exclusions in the Conditions of Permission.
PURPOSE/S OF USE AND ENTRY AUTHORISED BY THE PERMISSION:
Conduct of a Tourist Program - being:
? a Vessel Program - using Vessel 1 with a maximum passenger capacity of 50 passengers for the vessel and using ancillary vessels.

ZONE/S TO WHICH THE PERMISSION APPLIES:
? All zones within the Cairns/Cooktown Management Areas and Townsville/Whitsunday Management Areas in accordance with exclusions and restrictions specified in the Conditions of Permission.
PURPOSE/S OF USE AND ENTRY AUTHORISED BY THE PERMISSION:
Conduct of a Charter Operation - being:
? a Vessel Charter Program - including the provision of transport and services to persons other than tourists using Vessel 1 with a maximum passenger capacity of 50 passengers for the vessel and using ancillary vessels.

PERMITTED ACTIVITIES
T1 In addition to provision of general services to tourists, the Permit Holder may offer the following services to tourists which must be conducted no more than three (3) nautical miles from the primary vessel or aircraft and in accordance with specific Conditions of Permission:
fishing
fish feeding
non-motorised water sports
passenger transport
photography, filming and sound recording
scuba diving
snorkelling
swimming
whale watching

V10 The Permit Holder may visit Beaver Cay and Reef (17-051) once per day subject to condition V7.
