Steering pedestal and wheel

Edson steering wheel and pedestal, it has a fold up table, the table and pedestal need a bit of TLC and the top of pedestal needs a new cap ( old timber one was too worn) the quadrant is not included due to having cracks. A Sunbrella cover is included in reasonable condition (small stitched reinforcement may be needed in areas) covering wheel pedestal and table.

The steering chain to wire is included also the brass underside pulleys attached to a steel plate.
