Syndicate share No's: There's a total of eight shares in the syndicate and the vendor is selling one whole share.
Syndicate approval: The syndicate requires that a prospective shareholder must be approved by at least two of the remaining shareholders, in addition to the Seller.
Syndicate Fees / Bond: The annual syndicate fees are $6,000.00 per annum inclusive of taxes and charges. Fees are invoiced to the share owner quarterly in equal parts. Additional to the annual syndicate fees, there is a $60.00 per night change for bookings. Please note: At the time of settlement, a fee will be calculated for the pro rata portion of the syndicate fees which have already paid for by the vendor, for the share which is being transferred to the purchaser. At the time of settlement, a $2000.00 insurance bond per share is taken from the new syndicate share owner and held by the syndicate to cover excess for any insurance claim. The bond is refunded upon leaving the syndicate.
Share Usage Rights: The owner is entitled to five (5) weeks usage consisting of two (2) weeks in peak season (August to November inclusive) and three (3) weeks in off season (December to July inclusive) per calendar year. Additional nights can be booked based on availability beyond the five weeks usage at $60.00 per night.
