The yacht will be permanently based on a quality marina berth in the Newport anchorage marina. You can enjoy the cruising grounds of Pittwater and the Hawkesburry River, in our view, the most relaxed commercial-free waterway only a stones throw away from Sydney.
The monthly ongoing fees are $265 (per month per share) including fuel, marina pen rental, insurance, and normal maintenance plus you will be expected to help out on a voluntary basis from time to time to assist in the running of the self-managed syndicate including annual working bees.
