OWNERSHIP & ACCESS

Sanity is shared between four owners under an established roster system, providing each owner with regular and predictable private access.

The 1/4 share includes:
* Every fourth Friday, Saturday and Sunday
* Every Wednesday
* Additional sailing days may be available by mutual agreement
* Opportunity to participate in CYCA racing and twilight sailing

Racing participation is encouraged but not required. Sanity is equally suited to recreational sailing, family days on the harbour, cruising and weekends away.

RUNNING COSTS

The current ownership contribution is $1,680 per quarter and covers the yacht's ongoing running costs, including the CYCA berth, insurance, registration, servicing, maintenance and annual antifouling.

This provides a simple and predictable ownership structure without the individual management burden and variable costs associated with owning and maintaining a yacht outright.

Sanity benefits from an established maintenance program and is actively maintained and cared for by the syndicate.

At 10.34m (33'11") with a 3.44m beam, Sanity offers a generous cockpit and comfortable accommodation below, making her well suited to both Sydney Harbour sailing and weekends away.

CYCA - DARLING POINT

Sanity is currently berthed at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia in Darling Point, providing convenient access straight onto Sydney Harbour.

For those interested in racing, the location also provides easy access to CYCA events and twilight sailing.

THE SYNDICATE

The syndicate is well established and operates with a structured roster and shared approach to maintaining and enjoying the yacht.

In accordance with the syndicate agreement, a new owner requires endorsement by the existing members. This would ordinarily involve meeting the group prior to completion of the sale to ensure a good mutual fit.
