This vessel is designed and constructed as a dismantle type non-self-propelled cutter suction dredger, suitable for dredging operation of soil type II~IV, including fine sand, clay, silt, coarse sand, etc., in inland water and coastal area. The hull of dredger is composed by five pontoons, including one main pontoon and four side pontoons. The pontoons are full steel welding and are combined together by specially designed connecting pieces for convenient dismantle and assembly.

The vessel is equipped with one main diesel engine driving main dredge pump, one auxiliary diesel engine driving all the hydraulic machineries. One harbor generator is
equipped.

The output capacity and discharging length figures are based on the dredging material of the nature of clay / silt/ fine sand, the maximum available power on the dredge pump shaft and in situation of 5.0m elevation height at end of discharge pipe; in actual practice, the the material to be dredged and local working conditions must be considered.

CLASSIFICATION & REGULATIONS & STANDARD
The vessel is to be designed and constructed in accordance with the rules and regulations as below except specially described hereinafter and/or mutual agreed by Owner and Builder.
- China MSA "Regulations for Statutory Inspection of Inland Ships 2011" and amendment in 2015,2016,2018;
- CCS "Steel Inland Ships Construction Regulations 2016"
- Chinese National Standards(GB)
- China Shipbuilding Quality Standard (CSQS) Chinese industrial standards (GB, CB, YB, JB, CSQS), Builder's standards and ISO standards are to be applied to the construction and design of the vessel except the fittings specially described hereinafter

HULL STRUCTURE
Steel for the main deck, bottom, side and fore & aft shell shall be Class approved marine steel plates.
All steel plate surfaces shall be shot blasted to SA 2.5 and primed before fabrication with one coat of compatible shop primer.
All pontoons are single hull structure. The thickness of steel plates of the pontoons shall be as below. The sizes of all scantling of frame, stiffener, girder, support, etc., are to be designed and constructed as per Class requirements.

Dredge Pump
Dredge pump is a single wall centrifugal pump, which is optimized design for dredging
operation. The impeller is fitted on the shaft by trapezoid thread directly machine on the shaft end.
The shaft sealing is a water-cooled sealing that can be replaced easily.
The impeller is optimized design with double curved vanes for high efficiency and long wear life.
The pump casing has a shape of a volute designed of a high efficiency and wear life optimized tested in laboratory and onboard of dredgers.
The wear-resisting alloy steel shall be adopted for pump shell, the hardness not less than 48HRC.
The hardness of other wear-resisting components, such as impeller, shaft, etc, shall be not less than 60H
