2007 Model Westcat 40 Explorer in AMSA survey for 2 crew + 12 passengers, The West Cat is a very good sea boat.
Currently doing a few charters a year out of Hobart.
Westcat were known for their sea rescue vessels.
As the second owner sense launched this vessel has been very well maintained and presents in excellent condition.
The Volvo penta D6 370 hp Stern drives were added as an upgrade in 2014 with all servicing kept up to date. Current engine hours are 514 and 515.
Cruising range of approximately 400 nautical miles, Cruising speed of 18 knots and top speed of 25 knots.
The vessel also comes with Twin helm stations, 9kva Kohler generator 400 hrs and Inverter, Bow thruster, Idromar water maker at 120 litres per hour, 3 fridges and two freezers,
Up graded 2019Garmin electronics, Autopilot, plotter, Radar and VHF radio.
Inverter and generator batteries replaced 2023. Start banks 2020.
