*Proven Commercial Pedigree. Substantial Recent Investment. Ready for Her Next Chapter. *

Purpose-built for Western Australia's rock-lobster industry, OHANA presents a rare opportunity to acquire a late-model, high-capacity offshore platform with proven commercial credentials.

Designed by Southerly Designs and constructed in marine-grade aluminium by Xtreme Marine, OHANA was launched in 2015 and was reportedly the largest lobster-fishing vessel built in Australia at the time. She was engineered for extended offshore operations, substantial carrying capacity and dependable performance in demanding Western Australian conditions.

Following her fishing service, approximately $1.5 million is understood to have been invested in an extensive refit for luxury Kimberley charter operations. This has considerably upgraded the vessel's accommodation, amenities, systems and presentation while retaining the robust commercial foundations upon which she was built. The estimated replacement cost of a fully optioned Southerly vessel of this size is now approximately $8 million.

Her current aft-deck installations were designed to be unbolted and removed, allowing the expansive working deck to be redeveloped around a future owner's operation.

Importantly, the vessel's six original cray tanks were subsequently converted to additional fuel storage. The existing tank spaces provide a practical pathway to reinstate seawater holding tanks as part of a future fishing conversion, subject to the purchaser's requirements, engineering, stability and survey approval.

*A Clear Pathway Back to Commercial Fishing*

Oceaneer Marine Brokers has collaborated with respected Western Australian boatbuilder and commercial-vessel specialist Dongara Marine to explore OHANA's return to commercial fishing.

Dongara Marine has prepared a proposed scope of works and indicative costings, giving prospective purchasers a clearer understanding of the pathway from her current charter configuration to a purpose-designed working platform.

Depending on the purchaser's intended operation, OHANA may be considered for crayfishing, fish trapping, longlining, aquaculture, research, offshore support or another commercial marine application.

For an operator seeking a substantial fishing vessel without commencing with an ageing platform or an entirely new build, OHANA represents a compelling opportunity.

*Important Image and Equipment Notice*

Selected photographs show OHANA during her former commercial fishing service, with her exterior colour digitally updated to represent her current white presentation. Additional images are concept visualisations showing possible future fishing configurations.
