In October 2024, the vessel underwent its latest out-of-water inspection and passed an insurance risk assessment completed by Leo Vette Marine Surveyor. During this time, the pontoons were cleaned, fully coated with Intertuf, and fitted with sixteen new anodes. The houseboat since new has been regularly slipped every two years.
