AMORE - Love my Family; Love magical Lake Eildon; and to bring these two great loves together, a magnificent holiday home on the water "Amore".

Amore was built six years ago in 2018 by very well-respected long term professional houseboat builders "Edwards Built". They built Amore to the then owner's specifications who had owned several houseboats over the years; point being, he knew what worked in the layout and design of a houseboat to cater for the requirements of a family today.

Firstly, minimal maintenance and a nice clean fresh inviting appearance using composite aluminium for the external cladding and eaves.

Walk on board, press the button for the electric blinds and then you will immediately notice the ceiling is higher allowing larger windows which bring the magic of Eildon into the houseboat.

Then there is the open layout with side kitchen with beautiful Caesar Stone Benchtops opening into the rear lounge. With the rear stacker doors, it not only extends the rear lounge but also enables an airflow throughout the houseboat.

This concept is repeated on the first storey level with front & rear stacker doors and side tinted sliding glass windows, whilst providing a very spacious open living and relaxation space. Can you see the family sitting up to dinner together. Notice the original owner has placed the internal stairs to the side so as not to compromise the flexibility of this space. Further, importantly there is still a rear outdoor space to enjoy the sun or just sit up for a drink as you watch a fabulous sunset ripple on the water.

Amore provides a Master Bedroom with a full Ensuite; a feature that is very much preferred these days. Then there are two good sized bedrooms serviced by a well appointed bathroom. When there are extras there is a sofa bed with privacy curtain.

Amore has all the latest technology to ensure your family enjoys the experience. Firstly, there are front & rear thruster units which the owner knew were a must for manoeuvrability today.

Then the Solar Electrics with a top of the range Selectronic SP PRO Series Inverter/Charger System; a Morningstar Solar Charge Controller and 24 GNB Energy Store Gel Batteries. These are fed by 12 quality Solar Panels. The system is backed up by a Cummins Onan Marine 9.5kva diesel Generator. More than enough power for the family to enjoy their time on Amore all year round.

Finally, Amore was slipped in 2023 with the pontoons and motor leg serviced. This along with the minimal maintenance requirements means you can walk on board with all the big money maintenance jobs under control.
