Proving to be a very popular purchase over the last few months, the house boat market is booming and boats come to the market as quickly as they leave the market with eager buyers waiting for the opportunity to join the Houseboat family in our local marinas. Purchased by the current family in 2022 it was promptly lifted to the hardstand and the hard work began. The boat was more or less stripped back to the frame with external cladding remaining, the sub-frame inspected with floorings replaced and she went back into the water for a full internal refit. New wall cladding internally, floorings replaced, kitchen and bathroom overhauled, bedroom overhauled, new wardrobe installed, new rear sliding doors installed, bow stretched forward and helm moved forward for more internal room, bow section enclosed and clears fitted, engine boxes manufactured and rear railings fitted, then a fresh coat of paint inside and out. There really isnt anything to do just jump onboard and enjoy the boat in the Peel Waterways.
Currently looking as good as she ever has with that Hamptons appeal it is a lovely home away from home which is how the current family have been using it while visiting from QLD and further abroad.
