Yes this is a houseboat but could easily be used as a ready made granny flat/ tiny home.
This boat has a double skin roof line that is slightly cambered for rain run off. It has been set up for rain collection via guttering and flows into either a toilet flush barrel or diverted into the fresh water tank underneath. The holding tank blk/fresh water is divided into 3000ltr blk, 2000ltr fresh. The boat is emptied at the local marina every 3.5mths, dependant on use, this cost is $40, where you can also refill for water.
She is 45-47ft long including duckboards with 19ft beam and 600 draft. Pontoons are steel and have 8 anodes fixed. Classed as a four berth but set up via: bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, computer/study and tool/junk room.
