There are now 6 x 250watt Solar Panels that feed the new Gel House Batteries (1600AH in 2020 Dec). These are backed up by an Onan Marine 6.5kva Diesel Generator. The lighting was upgraded with LED Lighting. There is plenty of power on Out Of Touch.
Another important improvement was the installation of the Bow Thruster, this with the V8 Mercruiser will make Out Of Touch easy to manoeuvre.
Further improvements, the Kitchen was replaced with new quality appliances installed. Besides the new Ensuite the other two bathrooms were upgraded. A new Bosch Hot Water Service was installed.
Out Of Touch embraces good houseboat design to cater for a family with the large rear lounge opening onto the rear deck with hydraulic duckboard. Then there is the second entertainment/relaxation space with the Al Fresco area on the First Storey Level.
