Ultimate was built on 2010 by Status Luxury Houseboats and the current owners have spent good money in keeping her extremely well maintained and relevant to the expectations of today's market.

Ultimate has had the Rear Deck extended with a new large hydraulic duckboard fitted. She has just been returned to the Lake after the pontoons and motor leg have been serviced (HCHS has photos on file of underneath the houseboat). A new GMW CHIR was issued in May 2023. Fresh paint work, decks painted, all the big ticket maintenance items are up to date.

There is more too Ultimate; she is ideal for a family with three good sized bedrooms and quality couch/sofa beds for when you have extras for the weekend. A really important feature of Ultimate is the upstairs relaxation/entertainment area under the full hardtop with stacker doors and tinted glass sliding windows. Open them up when the Sun's out or take in the serenity in the cooler months. A family holiday home that can be used all year round.

The Solar Electrics are high quality with the Selectronic Pro Series Inverter/Charger System; 16 Solar panels feeding 24 x 2-volt Exide Energy Store Batteries. These are all backed up by a 10Kva Onan Marine Generator. Ultimate is powered by a quality well serviced Mercruiser 4.3lt V6 motor, which will take you anywhere on the Lake with ease. Most importantly, not only has Ultimate a Bow Thruster but also with the extension a Rear Thruster was added; making her easy to manoeuvre.
