Lady L marks a golden era in Benetti's boatbuilding history, built in steel with a distinctive canoe stern that shaped much of the yard's work in the 1970s. Fifty years on, she reflects decades of attentive ownership and investment, standing among the few from that era to be comprehensively refitted to modern standards. A nine-month RMK overhaul in 2021 upgraded every major system and revived her original craftsmanship with remarkable care. The result is a thoroughly restored, turnkey Benetti.

The aft deck hosts a large open dining area set within her canoe stern, while the upper deck offers two further al fresco dining options shaded by biminis. Sunpads forward of the wheelhouse provide another outdoor space for time spent at anchor. Her 2021 refit program restored the hull and superstructure with fresh coatings, renewed metalwork, a full strip below the waterline and careful attention given to exterior hardware.

Lady L's interior has been beautifully restored to preserve her character while updating the spaces for modern use. During her latest refit, Lady L's original woodwork was lifted out by specialists in Istanbul, restored by hand and reinstalled. New ceilings, fabrics and carpets were introduced throughout, and all hardware was re-chromed. The result is a charming interior with white-panelled ceilings that open up the main salon and guest spaces.

The galley was modernised with Gaggenau appliances and an improved layout, supporting efficient service. Crew spaces were reworked with the same care and new marble was installed in the bathrooms.

Lady L sleeps eight guests in four cabins, led by a light-filled master suite occupying a generous footprint on the main deck. The lower deck features a full-beam VIP aft, while two additional cabins amidships, one double and one twin, complete the guest arrangement. Further accommodation sleeps a crew of five in three cabins, including a captain's cabin.

Lady L has benefitted from continuous investment throughout her life, with major refits carried out in 2006-2007 and again in 2021 at RMK Shipyard. The earlier program introduced her Cummins engines and Onan generators and delivered wide systems modernisation, including a new passerelle, crane and electronics, improved insulation and renewed tanks, supported by an interior refresh for her then-new owner.

Her most recent program delivered steel and aluminium renewal, a complete repaint, a new A/C system, shaft replacement, stabiliser servicing, extensive teak work, upgraded electronics and a full interior restoration. Annual maintenance has been carried out with the same diligence.
