This exceptional 1967 Cammenga 61 North Sea Trawler, Hunter (formerly Sarah Jane II), is now for sale in Montenegro. Designed by the Feadship team of De Vries Lentsch and built at the Cammenga yard in Holland, she combines classic steel construction with modern upgrades for luxury blue water cruising.

Purchased by her current owner in 2021, Hunter underwent a comprehensive rebuild and refit, including a total hull reinforcement and modernisation, completed between 2021 and 2023. She now presents a striking Baby Blue hull and is fully equipped for long-range cruising in comfort and style.

Key features include a fully overhauled Gardner engine with renewed tiller box and hydraulic systems, 4 x 4500 Watt Mastervolt lithium batteries, 2000 Watt solar panels across five units, and a joystick electronic helm system for precise handling. All mechanical systems have been serviced or renewed, tanks cleaned, and hydraulic components replaced.

The interior has been modernised with new laminated floors, renewed showers and toilets converted to fresh water, upgraded air conditioning including the engine room, and a Bose five-zone sound system covering cockpit, bow, aft and indoor areas. Original teak decks are in top condition and all hatches, portholes and window frames have been refurbished.

Additional upgrades include a renewed dashboard, helm chair, cushions, furniture, winter closures and coppercoat protection. Fin stabilisers are like new, and the aft hydraulic swim ladder has been maintained. Security and monitoring are comprehensive with eight installed cameras covering engine, bow, lazarette, starboard, port hull and aft. The original mast, boom and sails are carefully stored and included in the sale.
