Century 2600 Walkaround *** UPGRADES GALORE ***

Back in 2007 Century Boats redesigned its popular 2600 walk around model to offer an improved accommodation layout in the Saloon and enhance the fishing features of the cockpit resulting in a boat that will fish hard as well as taking care of the family, not something many boats have manage to achieve !! The boat we have on offer here is the result of this redesigning.

An expansive Cockpit area for a boat in the 26 foot class with an easy access transom allowing room to move between the engines and the transom, a Starboard side transom door into a wide Cockpit with kill tanks underfloor, recessed lockers for rod storage and wash down hoses, transom seating hiding the rear sink and live bait tank, rod holders and rod racks, padded side coamings and the large Cookout Stainless Steel BBQ mounted to the Port side gunwale. Entertaining or fishing this boat has it covered.

Step up to the helm mezzanine level under the hardtop with wrap around clears, quality seating, ice box, storage lockers and a compact and functional helm station with the obligatory overhead locker so common in the top end of the USA boat building. Sitting or standing at the helm offers excellent vision and with all the helm accessories you need right at hand driving is a pleasure. A 16inch Lowrance combination GPS / Sounder, Lowrance VHF radio, Bennett trim tabs, 12v sockets and a brace of Yamaha digital gauges is all you should need. The co pilot seat has a couple of SS drink holders and somewhere to store your phone or important items safely out of the sun.

Heading down the companionway your cabin is what you would expect in a Boston Whaler, Grady White, Robalo or similar ! An open plan affair with a forward dinette that converts to a queen sized berth for an overnight at Rotto, A galley installation to Port with sink and stove although this is not commissioned with the current owners cooking on the Cookout SS BBQ in the Cockpit. Great storage when folding up the companionway ladder to expose the Galley draws it is plenty of space to sort out the families needs. The upholstery has just been replaced throughout the boat so everything is looking its best. A TMC electric toilet in the head to Starboard completing the lower area of the boat.

Powered by a pair of Yamaha 150 Hp four stroke engines with a twin binnacle control, digital gauges and SS props currently showing 1007 hours n the clocks there is plenty of life left in these engine yet with 3-4000 hours not uncommon. Serviced in Late 2023 she is ready for the year ahead and waiting to head out wide to drag some Tuna over the side.
