Thalassa is a canoe stern fishing boat. Her lines were drawn by G Thyer based on North Sea Trawlers. She was first launched in 1982 and worked as a cray boat on the West Coast of Tasmania.
she was sold in 2011 and under Graeme "Frizzle" Freeman underwent a complete refit & restoration. Wet well was removed the wheel house extended and she was relaunched in 2012.
She is fitted with Naiad Dynamics Multisea II hydraulic stabilizers which results in her being a fantastic long range cruising boat.
Included are plentiful spare parts and a high capacity deck pump.
