"KOLAN" is a 15.2m Steel Motor Cruiser raised foredeck single chine, ex trawler.
Built in 1984 by Tomago Trawlers in Newcastle and completely rebuilt/ refurbished between 2013 - 2016 by current owner (long time experienced trawler fleet owner and operator)
'Kolan' has been set up for comfortable family long range cruising in mind, with 5000 liters of diesel, 6000 liters of water and 2000L sullage tanks she could cruise the east coast, around the top to the gulf or over to the Kimberleys for the adventure of a lifetime.
Naiad dynamic anti roll stabilizers while under way and Outrigger stabilizers while at anchor makes this vessel very comfortable in all weather conditions.
Forward on the main deck is the navigation console to the port side, with chart table to the starboard side, directly behind that is the airconditioned master cabin. The airconditioned Focsle forward has 3 bunks and storage space
Along the port side behind the helm is the galley with stone bench tops and splash backs, top quality appliances, including. 4 burner induction cooktop, range hood, full size oven, dishwasher, double stainless steel sink, full size upright fridge, chest type deep freeze and huge amount of cupboards and storage.
Mid ship adjacent to the galley on the starbord side is the bathroom with full flush toilet large shower area and vanity all quality fixtures.
to the aft starboard side is the huge U- shape lounge/ dining area that could easily convert to more sleeping accomodation.
Up the stairs at the rear opens onto the massive flybridge area, 2nd helm station huge wrap around U- shaped lounge forward with 2 timber tables for entertaining, new clears, fibreglass hard top, new upholstery, synthetic teak flooring, on upper deck and all outside lower deck areas, barbeque and fridge to port side, sink and cupboards to the starboard, huge shaded rear upper deck space. ADC deck crane at the rear to lift 3.2 meter Mercury rib tender and any other toys you may want.
Kolan has been fitted out to the highest of quality with the owner sparing no expense in the process.
