For Play is a 2 storey 20 x 8.5 metre boat, In Survey to be sold on a Walk-in / Walk-out basis. It sleeps 12 in 6 roomy en-suite carpeted cabins with Queen-size zip-apart beds and Showers, Sinks and Toilets in all en-suites.

The shaded top deck houses the Lounge and Patio accessed by an interior reverse-spiral staircase.
The Lounge has 4 Leather sofas - 2x2 seat and 2x3 seat, a Coffee table, 42" Smart TV with electric aerial tuner and DVD player and CD player / radio with speakers in lounge and patio
This area has large curtained windows and plenty of shelf and cupboard space.
The Patio has a Weber Family barbecue, a 3x2 meter glass-top table and 2 round tables, 8 Outdoor chairs, a sun lounge and Eskies for your cold drinks. Extendable clothes lines.

A Washing machine and Dryer are hidden in an alcove

The engine pod houses 2x125 Hp Nissan Diesels - recently rebuilt - running 22" propellers. Also in the pod is a new 7Kva diesel generator which is remotely started from the helm, 4 Bilge pumps and 6 deep-cycle house batteries.
Under deck are 2x500 ltr Fuel tanks, 2x Black water tanks, 200 ltr Fresh water tank.
Water for the kitchen, laundry and en-suites is taken from river by 2 pressure pump units.
