Alexander Marine's global yacht acquisition division are pleased to present this 2005 Grand Banks 54 Eastbay SX to the market as central agents.
This Eastbay is a well-presented timeless sedan motor yacht - built to a standard only Grand Banks has mastered complete with classic Awlgrip navy Two Pak painted hull.
Access to her teak-laid cockpit is via her wide teak hydraulic hi/lo swim platform, which houses a new Osculati SeaRover 320 3.2M RIB and Mercury EFI 15hp outboard. For Mediterranean mooring the vessel is complete with a Opacmare retractable passerelle.
Access up to the uniquely elevated cockpit is via two built-in steps mounted on the transom. The elevated cockpit is a rare, one-of-its-kind Grand Banks factory built configuration, creating a single level entertaining masterpeice from the cockpit and throughout the saloon. The cockpit features a spacious moulded L-shaped upholstered settee across the aft. At the front of the cockpit against the saloon bulkhead you will find a Waeco Coolmatic fridge/freezer, sink and a Gaggenau lava rock BBQ grill. A crew cabin is located under the cockpit sole, as accessed via a gas strut assisted hatch which opens under the upholstery.
As you enter her spacious saloon, and are immediately welcomed by Grand Banks's flawless satin teak interior and craftsmanship. Her saloon is light, bright and breezy with her 360 degrees wrap-around glazing and huge overhead sunroof adding further versatility to the saloon and helm depending upon the weather. Don't worry if you are more of the air-conditioning type, as she is fitted with air conditioning throughout. To port in the saloon you will find a settee and extendable & height adjustable dining table complete with two ottomans for extra seating. To starboard you will find a hi/lo TV with Bose sound system.
For the skipper the helm is positioned to starboard and is fitted with Raymarine navigation electronics and a comfortable double bench seat to reel in the miles. The navigator can also enjoy a forward facing breakfast bench to port.
Access to the lower deck galley and three cabin guest accommodation layout is via a centreline staircase from the saloon. To port you will find a spacious U-shaped galley that gets lots of natural light from the windscreen above so as to not feel disconnected from guests in the saloon. Her galley features a network of overhead cupboards, Coolmatic fridge and separate freezer, Gaggenau four element electric cooktop, Gaggenau Microwave and Bosch Dishdrawer.
Her accommodation layout is a spacious three guest cabin configuration with the previously mentioned additional crew/guest cabin under the cockpit sole - a total of four cabins! The master cabin is located in the bow and features an island double bed, TV, and private ensuite. The VIP guest cabin is to port and includes a double bed and TV, while the starboard guest cabin features over and under beds and another TV. A Whirlpool combination washer & dryer in this last cabin. Both guest cabins share a separate head located to starboard which doubles as a day head.
The teak-laid side decks are complemented by stainless-steel handrails ensuring safety and comfort walking around the vessel. At the bow, a sunpad beckons for relaxation, while a Bruce anchor complete with a Maxwell windlass takes care of your anchoring requirements.
She is powered by Twin MAN V8's at 900hp each permitting an impressive sprint speed on her proven and famous Raymond C Hunt hull. For ease of docking she is equipped with a Side-Power bow thruster, and for the ultimate convenience, she is equipped with a IMET wireless docking remote which permits the boat to be used single-handed.
She has recently undergone thorough mechanical servicing and received a fresh coat of antifoul, prop speed, and has her hull polished ensuring optimal protection. Furthermore, she has been thoughtfully shed kept during the off-season safeguarding her as often as possible from the elements.
She is VAT paid.
