Riviera 5000 Sport Yacht - A fine example of this popular model Just Listed

The Riviera 5000 Sport Yacht is an evolution on the successful 4700 model. A few changes were made including a revised cockpit layout, midship full beam cabin with queen and single berths - a result of the Zeus Pod Drives installation which also provide incredible manoeuvrability.

Other noticeable changes include performance - up to 30 knot sprint speeds, economy, handling, and with modifications to the overall balance and displacement - vastly improved vision from the helm with a slightly higher riding bow reducing the spray.

'Wyoming' was imported from the east coast by her current owners and while her maintenance regime has not waivered, lack of time has restricted their use - hence the very low engine hours.

Navigation equipment includes the original Raymarine gear with twin E120W Multifunction Displays, GPS, radar, sounder and monitoring cameras on the bow and in the engine room.

Her interior is very tidy with Amtico flooring, gloss cherry timber, cream leather lounges and wool carpets down stairs. Accommodation features the island berth with ensuite up in the bow, midship cabin with wqueen berth and a side single. A lounge to starboard down stairs can also be used as a single berth or would make a fantastic kids entertainment area.

A stand-out features of the 5000 and 4700 models however is the awning (Hopper) stainless steel window which opens linking the interior saloon with the rear entertaining deck - creating one large sociable area, all on the same level.

A large hydraulic swim platform and garage provide a brilliant space to store the Zodiac tender and water toys and keep them hidden away, out of the sun leaving the deck uncluttered.

The berth at the Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour is also available for ongoing lease.
