Once again we have been given the opportunity to present yet another stunning vessel. This 2017 Riviera 52 is an absolute standout. Sporting the iconic Bentley 'Silver Lake' hull colour, she sets herself well apart from the more Traditional white boats anchored in the bay.

Let's get the to the nitty gritty, twin Volvo Penta IPS950 Pod Drives power this girl along comfortably at 22 to 25 knots. Interestingly the range at these speeds is almost the same. From the flybridge you can barely hear the engines running, which incidentally are located under the rear deck - The majority of her plant and equipment are also fitted here with easy access. 'Pure Magic' is one of the very few diesel vessels fitted with a fresh water flushing system to extend the life of the engine coolers. This is carried out religiously by her current owner.

A massive teak laid rear deck includes moulded seating, beautiful satin varnish teak table, wetbar with icemaker and two electric grills. An enormous chest fridge freezer is located behind the lounge and can easily store a 12kg mackerel - if you're into fishing. Two catch tanks are situated either side of the rear deck. A hopper window and sliding door links the outside entertaining area to the galley.

Large panoramic view saloon and galley windows invite you inside to the living area. A U-shaped galley has multiple fridge drawers, dishwasher, overhead storage and corian solid surface benchtops. Ample area to create a gourmet meal. The saloon dining area will seat a crowd, after dinner you can recline and watch the pop-up TV or listen to some tunes on the surround sound audio system.

Commercial grade vinyl galley flooring is fitted to all the high traffic areas including the flybridge, lower stairs, companionway and both ensuites. High quality carpets with underlay adorn all other interior spaces projecting a warmth and comfort underfoot.

All of the main accommodation is located down the stairs ahead of the saloon where you can find three cabins and two bathrooms. A forward master with island queen size berth and two hull windows, guest cabins are midship with a shared ensuite, one cabin with a double berth and the other with side by side single berths - each has a window with ocean views. Deck hatches allow plenty of light and breeze to flow, each has a sun blockout and flyscreen to keep the mosquitos at bay.

An internal staircase leads you to the flybridge. This is not just a wheel house, it's another entertaining space featuring wetbar, fridge, TV, stereo and an L-shaped lounge. This converts to a day bed for overflow accommodation. The helm has two adjustable Pompanette bucket seats which provide excellent vision for the captain and co-pilot. Two 17" Garmin Multifunction Displays make navigation very easy. There are two joysticks for manoeuvring the vessel, one here at the helm and another at the rear of the flybridge which will make reversing into tight space so much easier.

A hydraulic swim platform and Davco foredeck davit enable you to carry both tender and jet ski in either location. 'Pure Magic' includes a 9.5m AB rigid inflatable with a 15HP Honda outboard, just the right size for for getting to shore or visiting neighboring boats.
