Just walking down to this Riviera M400 will have you smiling instantly, its clean, polished and presents very well for its age. From afar you will notice all the covers that are onboard to protect the boat when its not in use. Window covers, clear covers, camper covers to the cockpit and also extended swim platform covers are just to name a few of many! Stepping onboard you will notice the Perma teak on the swim platform that has replaced the old worn teak. We all know Australia's climate is harsh, and this Perma teak really is nice and simple when it comes to maintenance (just hose off!). On the platform there is a full Stainless wrap around enclosure for safety with any kids or pets. A stainless electric BBQ is neatly placed in the middle of the rails with a black cover.

Moving into the cockpit there is near new carpet under foot that goes extremely well with the Dark blue alcantara lounges. On the starboard side there is a wetbar area with a fridge and icemaker plus a mounted tv hooked into the Fusion stereo system. But the show stopper on this particular Riviera M400 is the saloon aicon/heating! Be sure to know that this will be the new game nights boat!

Up at the smartly laid out dash there is a near new 12inch Axiom screen with transducer and also a Raymarine autopilot. A new Bow thruster was installed last year and the control is mounted in a easy spot when berthing. The volvo screen has been removed and screen replaced so no sun damage and easily read. A chain counter is also mounted here for when you reach the perfect anchorage.

Stepping down into the saloon, on the portside is the very spacious and cleverly designed galley. With 2 burner electric stove, fridge/freezer and a microwave, you will be cooking up a storm in no time. On the starboard side is the lounge again in a beautiful cream alcantara which is in as new condition. A TV is mounted with a retractable mount so you can also watch movies in bed. Portside there is a lovely day head with separate shower, vanity and toilet. Forward there is the main cabin with 2 sirrocco fans, custom 240 outlets with USB points and new carpet. Back down the rear of the boat is the second cabin with a separate double and single bed. Both with sirrocco fans and also custom 240v outlets with USB points.
