If you're chasing a three cabin two bathroom luxury boat then the Sea Ray 480 DB would be an excellent option. It's rare to find a boat with this level of equipment for under $500k, however 'Manduca' is jam packed with high end options and performance to boot!

Powered by twin Caterpillar 660HP direct shaft drive engines with great service history, she will bolt off the mark to speeds in excess of 28 knots. I find the ride on the Sea Ray hulls in most conditions more comfortable and dryer than many of the Australian built competitors, not to mention great value for money.

Her internal living areas are open plan integrating a lounge and raised dining area with table to port and entertainment centre and large galley along the length of the starboard side. Upgraded Vitrifrigo fridge and freezer drawers replace the original front opening units gicing you additional space.

A few step down and forward of the galley brings you to the accommodation wing. To port is a guest stateroom with wlak around queen berth and a third cabin opposite includes two single berths and behind a cupboard door - a washer dryer.

The master stateroom boasts a queen island berth with the biggest ensuite I have seen in vessels of this size. A second bathroom/day head is shared.

New Sea Deck flooring covers the cockpit and the enclosed staircase to the flybridge. Step through the transom door onto a swimboard which has been extended with a hydraulic platform suitable for a tender or jet ski.

Head up the staircase and you find the Sea Ray 480 flybridge to be ergonomically friendly with two bucket seats for the captain and co- pilot. The helm includes everything you need to navigate safely with two new multifunction touch screen displays for GPS and depth, digital and analogue engine displays and VHF marine radio. A fibreglass hardtop provides a solid base for your Starlink, solar panels and more should you ever decide to add them. The clears are all in great condition. Ahead of the helm is a nicely styled bench seat and wetbar complimenting an already well thought out flybridge.

Without a shadow of a doubt, 'Manduco' is well priced for what she offers in luxury features, plus her current owners have invested many dollars modernising her systems and functionality.
